Phillip V. George, PLLC was founded in 2001 and since 2009 has been registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Phillip V. George, CPA is the managing partner of the firm.

Mr. George has over 25 years public accounting experience with local and national accounting firms. He was formerly the audit manager with a national public accounting firm.

Mr. George graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been licensed as a Texas certified public accountant since 1997.

Mr. George has extensive experience in accounting and auditing, specializing in security broker/dealers, investment partnerships, investment companies, real estate, and dealers in commodities futures contracts.
